PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level III in Austin, TX. You will repair and maintain a wide range of ground service equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, ensuring safety and reliability across airline operations.

You must have at least 5 years of verified experience, own tools, and the ability to work flexible shifts. The role requires English communication, a valid driver’s license, and passing background/drug screening; FAA, RAIC, TSA

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• 5 years of verified experience required.
• Must provide their own tools and toolbox.
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Repair and maintain both motorized and non-motorized Ground Service Equipment.
• Log equipment numbers and write descriptions of work.
• Inspect and service engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, hydraulics.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
• Operate and test ground equipment for performance.
• Adhere to safety procedures and complete required paperwork.
• Demonstrate PrimeFlight customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
