Job summary

Vantage Aviation seeks a GSE & Facilities Technician to support maintenance, inspections, and operation of ground support equipment and facility infrastructure on-site at our busy FBO environment. You will collaborate with the Equipment & Facilities Manager to ensure reliability, safety, and readiness for daily ramp operations.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventative maintenance, upkeep, record-keeping, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, or facilities support.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Experience - Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, automotive, or GSE support preferred.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on ground support equipment and facility systems
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs for GSE, vehicles, and facility infrastructure
• Ensure all equipment is safe, operational, and ready for daily use
• Support facility upkeep, including basic repairs, maintenance tasks, and coordination of service requests
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment status
• Assist with inventory management, storage, and organization of equipment and tools
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair work as directed
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns
• Assist with setup and preparation for operational needs and special events
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support equipment cleaning, fueling, and general upkeep as needed
• Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards
• Other duties as assigned
