Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Ground Instructor to deliver high-quality ground training for crewmembers, ensuring regulatory compliance and up-to-date knowledge across curricula. The role emphasizes classroom instruction, records maintenance, and collaboration with instructors and stakeholders to maintain operational readiness.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of aviation training experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Business Administration, with strong communication and adaptability skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground instruction for pilot indoctrination, recurrent, and other training programs using instructor-led, video-based, and computer-assisted learning methods.
• Provide instructional support across the department to ensure training continuity and a consistent learner experience.
• Facilitate learning environments that promote operational readiness, participation and learner success.
• Conduct training in accordance with approved curricula, lesson plans, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate learner understanding and provide coaching and feedback.
