Job summary

ACI Jet in Santa Ana, CA is hiring an Aircraft Ground Support Technician to perform fueling, ramp services, and fuel farm management while upholding ATA103, airport regulations, and ACI Jet SOP.

You will work as part of a team, coordinate with the Hospitality and Experience group to manage client expectations, operate vehicles on site, participate in SQMS safety checks, and ensure service excellence; must be able to lift 50 pounds and obtain required badges.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain an airport badge, including a SIDA badge.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a high-stress environment.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with personnel to achieve FBO goals and follow SOPs.
• Perform fueling operations in accordance with ATA103 and regulations.
• Complete ramp operations including towing, marshaling, and wing-walking.
• Manage fuel farm duties and perform quality control checks.
• Operate company vehicles on and off site and ensure safety checks.
