Job summary

ACI Jet at John Wayne Airport is seeking Aircraft Ground Support technicians to perform fueling, ramp, and related ground services for private aircraft in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a tight-knit team to maintain safety, quality, and exceptional service for clients and crews.

A high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to obtain airport/SIDA badge, and English proficiency are required. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to obtain an airport badge, including a SIDA badge.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ACI Jet personnel to ensure FBO goals are achieved per policies.
• Perform fueling, ramp operations, and fuel farm management per safety and SOPs.
• Safely complete fueling operations per ATA103 and SOP.
• Safely complete ramp operations including towing, marshaling, and wing-walking.
• Safely operate equipment and vehicles per airport regulations.
• Work as part of a team and uphold ACI Jet SOPs for safety and efficiency.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional service and manage expectations professionally.
• Respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
• Be ready to work with PPE as required by handbook.
• Maintain daily checks on equipment and report issues, coordinating with Facilities.
