Job summary

The Aircraft Ground Support (Line Service Technician) at ACI Jet, Inc. will perform fueling, ramp operations, and fuel farm management for FBO clients while maintaining safe, professional interactions with staff, vendors, and customers.

You will work under the supervision of the Aircraft Ground Support Supervisor and Lead, coordinating with teams to meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to obtain an airport badge, including a SIDA badge.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and independently in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly motivated and organized.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and operate efficiently within guidelines of SOP while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and positively during high-pressure situations.
• Must have scheduling flexibility and availability. This position could be subject to mandatory overtime.
• Within the first 90 days of employment, a basic understanding of aviation terminology is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely perform duties in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ACI Jet personnel to ensure that the goals and objectives relating to the FBO are achieved.
• Perform fueling operations, ramp operations, and fuel farm management in accordance with safety and SOP.
• Safely complete fueling operations in accordance with ATA103, airport regulations, and SOP.
• Safely complete ramp operations including towing, marshaling, and wing-walking aircraft of various sizes.
