Job summary

California Aeronautical University in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Flight Line Support Technician to support daily flight line operations and aircraft maintenance services on our campus. This full-time, entry-level role requires a strong work ethic and safety mindset.

You will marshal, fuel, assist with hangar storage, help keep the ramp and aircraft clean, inspect for issues, and operate ground equipment with training. No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide (marshal), park, and tow aircraft on the ramp.
• Fuel aircraft safely and accurately.
• Assist with hangar storage and ground support services.
• Help maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness.
• Inspect aircraft for visible issues and report concerns.
• Keep the ramp clean and free of debris (FOD).
• Support safe aircraft movement for arrivals and departures.
• Operate ground equipment (we’ll train you!) like tugs and service vehicles.
