Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a Line Service Technician I to provide outstanding customer service and support all ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, crews, and passengers. This role partners with Charter, Aircraft Maintenance, Valet, and Facilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include fueling aircraft, loading baggage, assisting pilots, and coordinating with multiple departments while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have and maintain a valid/unexpired driver’s license.
• Aviation/Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Learn and complete NATA Safety First, Clay Lacy Aviation and other job-related training.
• Safely operate refueling trucks up to 10,000 gallons.
• Marshal aircraft under direct supervision.
• Load and unload baggage; assist pilots with pre- and post-flight services.
• Drive company and client vehicles off site.
