Job summary

SKYSERVICE BUSINESS AVIATION is seeking a dedicated ground services associate to marshal aircraft, fuel operations, and provide essential ground support. You’ll engage customers, operate basic equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation at our CA-based site.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Aviation experience is a plus. We offer solid benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Being mechanically-inclined is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to safely use and climb ladders.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshalling in and out arriving and departing aircraft; provide car valet as needed.
• Safely operate fuel trucks and complete aircraft orders.
• Conduct aviation/jet fuel quality checks and tests.
• Document fuel quality and inspections on forms.
• Tow aircraft in/out of hangars and on ramps.
• Provide ground services (lavatory waste, oxygen, potable water).
• Ensure readiness of anti-ice devices in winter.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean.
• Perform other duties as required.
