Job summary

Skyservice is expanding its U.S. footprint in Napa, CA, seeking a hands-on ground services associate. You will marshal aircraft, operate fuel trucks, and handle ground services while upholding safety and quality standards.

Strong customer service and reliability are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Being mechanically-inclined is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to safely use and climb ladders.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks for airport access.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshalling in and out arriving and departing aircraft and provide car valet service.
• Safely operate fuel trucks and fulfill aircraft orders.
• Perform aviation/jet fuel quality checks and tests.
• Document fuel quality and inspections.
• Tow aircraft in/out of hangars and on ramps.
• Provide ground services (lavatory waste disposal, oxygen, potable water).
• Replenish anti-ice devices during winter activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Other duties as required.

Education

High school diploma/GED

Valid driver’s license

Aviation experience preferred

Basic computer skills

Good communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Mechanically inclined

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to climb ladders

Ability to work outside in various weather

Must be 18 years or older

Legally eligible to work in the United States
