Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. in Napa, California, is seeking a ground operations team member to safely marshal aircraft, fuel flights, perform fuel quality checks, and provide essential ground services.

You will support customers and aircraft teams, keep equipment clean, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshal aircraft and provide car valet service.
• Operate fuel trucks and complete aircraft orders.
• Conduct aviation/jet fuel quality checks.
• Document fuel quality and inspections on applicable forms.
• Tow aircraft on hangars and ramps.
• Provide ground services (lavatory waste disposal, oxygen, water, etc.).
• Ensure readiness of anti-ice devices during winter activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Other duties as required.
