Job summary

Contour is seeking an aviation services professional in Nashville to provide top-tier customer service to pilots and passengers. Responsibilities include marshalling aircraft, fueling, towing, and maintaining a clean, safe ramp and hangar area.

You will coordinate ground support, handle reservations, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Must pass a 10-year work history review and criminal history check.
• Able to pass a NON-DOT pre-employment drug screening.
• Must read/write English; Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all pilots and passengers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• Service all aircraft with fuel and oil.
• Tow aircraft to and from hangars and tie-down areas.
• Secure all aircraft.
• Provide GPU and Lavatory services; dispose lavatory waste.
• Clean and stock the FBO, hangar offices, floors, crew cars and GSE.
• Service all GSE with running fuels and general maintenance.
• Answer phones, radios, and handle POS, rental cars, hotels and catering bookings.
• Aircraft cleaning and quality control; fuel testing and receiving.
