Job summary

CSSI, LLC. specializes in safety-critical systems and has 30 years of experience supporting government and commercial clients.

This role supports complex electronics installation, testing and maintenance for aviation ground equipment, with opportunities to travel for on-site deployments worldwide. Candidates should have extensive electronics experience, the ability to climb towers to 60 ft, and readiness to operate heavy equipment.

Qualifications

  • Eight years of electronics repair, maintenance and checkout experience.
  • At least one year of electronics installation experience.
  • Must attend antenna climbing/rescuer training and certify to climb towers beyond 50 ft.
  • Extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel for on-site installations lasting weeks.
  • Passport required or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to read/edit electronics and cabling schematics, install RF cabling/ connectors, and use heavy equipment.
  • Active security clearance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document installation and integration hardware for projects.
  • Diagnose, repair and modify aviation ground electronics systems and related equipment.
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, install and test equipment as required.
  • Climb towers up to 60 ft.
  • Operate forklifts, manlifts and excavating systems.
