Job summary

NOVA Technologies in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Enhanced Fuselage Trainer (EFuT) Technician I to support the C-130J MATS program. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and document actions under guidance of senior technicians.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, aerospace maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years related experience may substitute for missing degree.
• Proficiency with pre- and post-operational testing, diagnostic programs, fault isolation, and schematic interpretation.
• Ability to read/interpret complex technical materials and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine training-device maintenance, pre- and post-operational tests, preventive checks, troubleshooting, calibration, adjustments, and component replacement.
• Assist instructors and students with training-device operation and readiness testing.
• Document maintenance actions, work orders, and equipment status in logistics systems and EDMS.
• Use diagnostic programs and test equipment to identify faults; interpret schematics and technical docs.
• Support inspection and repair of electronic and electromechanical training-device systems; monitor inventory and safety procedures.
