Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a Maintenance Support Tech at the Little Rock Service Center. The role requires technical training, the ability to read aircraft data, and physical dexterity to work on jets.

You will document OJT and perform tasks from maintenance to lubrication while following CFR and QC standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a technical training certificate, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical training course with certificate.
• Must possess the physical dexterity and general mechanical knowledge for a technician.
• Proficient in the use of pneumatic tools and basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand and relay both written and verbal instructions.
• Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Present yourself professionally in day-to-day interactions with customers, guests and co-workers.
• Document all on-the-job training (OJT) to build experience portfolio.
• Perform tasks with efficiency and to quality standards.
• Utilize maintenance data including servicing, lubrication, and repairs.
• Learn Quality Control procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
• Acquire knowledge of CFR parts 43, 91, 145; and 135 as required.
• Complete maintenance paperwork per RSM/QCM methods of execution.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping practices: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain.
• Focus on Human Factors to strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
• Observe company rules, safety policy and SOPs.
