Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of coordination, inventory or scheduling experience in a manufacturing or administrative environment.
• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or production support is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on-time shipment of customer kits containing aviation hardware.
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, documentation, and compliance with packaging standards.
• Meet weekly shipping targets and complete allocated work on schedule.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to maintain Engineering Models (EMs) and flag BOM discrepancies.
• Safely move and transport hardware within the factory to support production flow.
• Provide flexible production support including cycle counting and part delivery between work cells.
• Operate pallet jacks, order pickers, pallet wrappers, and related equipment.
• Ensure accuracy in packing and shipping documentation.
