Menzies Aviation is seeking a Fuel Farm Operations Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the incoming pipeline, storage tanks, quality control, and inspections at SMF FUEL COMPANY. The role involves mentoring staff and covering the General Manager as needed.

You will ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while maintaining efficient operations and a professional image for the company at its Santa Ana site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; high school diploma and prior field exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety regulations and audits.

Responsabilités

• Supervise fuel farm operations, incoming pipeline and storage tank activities.
• Coordinate shift coverage to ensure operational continuity.
• Train new employees and guide the team; escalate issues to GM as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and airline safety standards.
