Atlantic Aviation is interviewing for a Front Desk Customer Service Representative at Moon Township, PA. You will be the first point of contact for clients arriving at the facility, greeting executives and flight departments, and handling reservations, purchases, and fuel transactions with professionalism.

The role demands flexibility to cover all shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays. Travel to other Atlantic locations may occur to support operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience required.
• High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance.
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
