Job summary

Atlantic Aviation is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative at PDX in Portland, OR. You will be the first point of contact for clients arriving at the facility, delivering professional service to corporate flight departments and high-profile guests.

The role requires availability for any shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, and involves coordinating reservations, fuel transactions, and general aircraft services with line staff and pilots.

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Requires ability to assist and communicate professionally with clients.
• Comfort with handling basic transactions and math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to meet all customer needs
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location
• May be assigned to another Atlantic location based on proximity and business needs
