Job summary

Executive Jet Management (EJM), a NetJets subsidiary, seeks a Sr. Analyst, Owner Reporting to deliver managed client budgets, financial workbooks, and operations summaries. You will collaborate with HR, Maintenance, and Operations and contribute to corporate FP&A analysis.

You will build client budgets, handle variance analyses, and present insights to leadership and clients with clarity and impact. Aviation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in financial planning/analysis or a planning/operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client workbooks and provide monthly or quarterly updates, including budgets and variance analysis.
• Create annual operating budgets for new and existing clients.
• Understand aircraft expenses to discuss with clients.
• Update monthly budget and operations reporting with variance analysis.
• Update monthly client operations reporting.
• Develop new reporting solutions for unique client requests.
• Provide and present business review materials for client meetings and ad hoc requests.
• Apply critical thinking to solve client requests.
