Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is a trusted aviation partner delivering de-icing fluids, environmental management and ground services at airports across the United States and Canada. We seek a Supply & Logistics Coordinator to support production planning, inventory control and customer order processing.

You will manage raw materials, coordinate trucking, and ensure accurate invoicing and records while promoting safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in inventory management, logistics, or business management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Sage 300 is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and respectful workplace culture; ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Determine inventory levels of Type I and Type IV deicing/anti-icing fluids and schedule production.
• Coordinate supply of raw materials to meet production schedules.
• Receive and process customer product orders; maintain sales and purchase records.
• Lead projects as assigned by the Director; report progress and outcomes.
• Maintain production and transportation records for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Provide ad hoc support for aviation fluid projects; travel as needed.
