Qualifications

• Three years of RN experience in emergency or adult critical care.
• Current RN license in the states served by the area.
• EMT and Trauma certifications as required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS; NRP before flight status (NRP provided during training).
• CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess each situation to determine the best action for critical care patients.
• Use critical thinking to manage the critically ill or injured patient and support physician orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean aircraft environment and ensure equipment/base checks.
• Collaborate with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change information and maintain accurate company/regulatory records.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
