Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Flight Follower to coordinate and track aircraft movements, ensuring safe, on-time operations. Responsibilities include pre-flight planning, filing with ATC, and maintaining essential flight documentation.

The role requires FAA dispatcher certification or Part 65 training, experience in Part 135/121 environments, and strong communication under pressure. English fluency is mandatory; CRM/DRM knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified FAA Certificated Dispatcher or have FAA Part 65 training completed recently.
• Experience with FAA Part 135/121 operations as dispatcher or flight follower.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure; English language proficient.

Responsibilities

• Generate initial Pre-Flight Planning using payload, weather, and NOTAMS.
• File flight releases with ATC to prevent delays.
• Transmit final flight release to crew or station.
• Amend flight releases as needed and inform crews.
• Monitor flight progress at all times.
• Maintain and store documentation per CFR 121.6979 for 3 months.
• Maintain Operational Control and inform updates to staff.
• Assist in emergency response and crisis management as needed.
