Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a skilled technician to advance your career from entry level to experienced diagnostics and major repairs on fleet vehicles and employee shuttles. You’ll work across a range of mechanical systems, with training and leadership support to build reliability and readiness.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
• Perform all other duties within technical capabilities and experience.
