Unifi Maintenance seeks technicians at all skill levels to diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and employee shuttles. From entry level to experienced technicians, you will work to keep fleet reliability and readiness, following safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanics I and II.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
