Job summary

• Prior experience managing multiple internal and external clients and matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on secured, unsecured and guaranteed financing documents, including security interests under Article 9 of the UCC and the Cape Town Convention.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, indentures, leases, purchase agreements and related documents.
• Manage and close aviation-related financing transactions typically $100+ million.
• Provide oral and written analysis to clients.
• Support export-credit-backed financing and capital markets transactions.
