Job summary

Heads Up Technologies is seeking a customer focused Field Systems Engineer to design, configure, integrate, test, and support advanced aircraft cabin systems. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to translate technical requirements into reliable system solutions and support aircraft installations and commissioning.

You will travel up to 50 percent, engage with customers, develop documentation, run tests, and provide on-site and remote support to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent avionics experience.
• 2+ years of systems engineering in aerospace or 5+ years as an avionics technician with customer focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop tail-specific technical documentation and configuration files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements.
• Set up tests for proof of concept ideas and product applications.
• Create trade show and customer demonstration setups.
• Configure cabin control app interfaces for aircraft installations.
• Provide technical support via email, phone, and TeamViewer; perform software updates.
