Oshkosh AeroTech in Houston is seeking an Electrician to ensure the reliability and safety of our facility's electrical infrastructure. You will inspect, service, and repair electrical systems and perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires a solid grasp of electrical load calculations, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. A Journeyman license and airport badging are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver License is required.
• Journeyman License is required.
• Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Calculate electrical load requirements and ensure proper installation of wiring and components.
• Accurately document work in the CMMS system.
• Follow all safety protocols and complete required training.
