Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a Facilities & Cleaning Technician in Santa Ana, CA to perform general facilities maintenance, custodial duties, and appearance-related tasks at the FBO. The role requires safe practices and the ability to support daily operations for customers, tenants, and staff.

The position offers a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., full-time employment and compensation ranging from $26.83 to $30.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Previous custodial, facilities, maintenance, janitorial, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform general facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance, custodial services, and appearance-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional environment for customers, tenants, and employees.
• Assist with daily FBO operations and support events, moves, and shipments.
