Clay Lacy Aviation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Facilities & Cleaning Technician to perform general facilities maintenance, custodial tasks, and appearance-related duties across the FBO, keeping a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and employees.

This full-time position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving a valid license, and collaborating with vendors. Schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with $26.83–$30.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Previous custodial, facilities, maintenance, janitorial, or similar experience preferred.
• Previous experience in an FBO, aviation, hospitality, or other customer-service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain the facility in accordance with all applicable government and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to facilities requests and assist the Facilities and Ground Service Equipment Mechanic.
• Support the team with employee moves, events, visitors, shipping or receiving, and related tasks.
• Clean and maintain FBO offices, conference rooms, pilot lounges, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Wash vehicles and maintain aircraft hangar floors and exterior areas.
