Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field is required.
• Seven years of experience in environmental due diligence, environmental compliance, auditing, aviation environmental compliance, or related work.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience is required.
• Ability to pass TSA background check.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages environmental work for airport operations; assigns work and provides direction.
• Monitors operations to ensure timely completion and addresses environmental issues.
• Develops goals across short, mid, and long term horizons; communicates with management and agencies.
• Uses software to analyze data and prepare FAA and regulatory reports.
• Evaluates wildlife mitigation, noise pollution, and hazardous spills; supports inspections.
• Coaches and trains employees; identifies development needs and improvement opportunities.
• Participates in hiring decisions and resolves employee issues.
