The Senior Recruiter — Aviation & Engineering leads end-to-end recruiting across TBE’s business units, managing 15–20 active positions and partnering with leadership to source niche aviation and engineering talent.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this role focuses on building a scalable TA function, engaging senior-level engineers and PMs, and delivering top candidates through strategic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a specialized technical or niche market.
• Experience managing end-to-end client or BU relationships independently.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; ability to source and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single TA point of contact for leadership and hiring managers across all business units.
• Own req intake, kickoff, and sourcing strategy for all open roles.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, submittals, scheduling, offers, and close.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers at all levels.
• Coordinate req prioritization and sourcing with the TA Manager.
• Own weekly pipeline narrative and reporting for TA leadership.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, and networks.
• Maintain ATS hygiene with up-to-date statuses and notes.
