Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on fabrication experience.
• Ability to work independently and take on new challenges.

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.

• Ability to learn and use multiple business system software.
• Has mathematical and reading skills.
• Competent in reading and understanding work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts using manual means and machines to meet quality requirements.
• Perform manual deburr per pre-planned instructions to meet quality requirements.
• Operate airflow per pre-planned instructions to meet quality requirements.
• Operate heat treat furnace per pre-planned instructions to meet quality requirements.
• Perform assembly per pre-planned instructions to meet quality requirements.
• Operate cutting machine per pre-planned instructions to meet quality requirements.
• Operate press per pre-planned instructions to meet quality requirements.
• Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance requirements to ensure reliable machine operation.
