Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English and follow work instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble gas turbine engines for optimal performance.
• Repair and fabricate engine parts and tooling using sanding, blasting, deburring, and brazing.
• Replace worn or damaged components using precision tools and gauges.
• Ensure parts meet exact tolerances and quality standards throughout the repair process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engine module discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Verify tooling is properly calibrated before use.
• Follow safety procedures, instructions, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
