Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble gas turbine engines for optimal performance.
  • Repair and fabricate engine parts and tooling using techniques such as sanding, blasting, deburring, and brazing.
  • Replace worn or damaged components using precision tools and gauges.
  • Ensure parts meet exact tolerances and quality standards throughout the repair process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve engine module discrepancies with strong attention to detail.
  • Verify tooling is properly calibrated before use.
  • Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support production goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled MRO Engine Mechanic to disassemble, repair, and reassemble gas turbine engines and components. In this role, you’ll help restore engines to peak performance by repairing and fabricating parts, replacing worn components, and ensuring all work meets exact quality and safety standards.

Shift : 1 st shift, Monday-Friday 5:30a-2:00p

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble gas turbine engines for optimal performance.
  • Repair and fabricate engine parts and tooling using techniques such as sanding, blasting, deburring, and brazing.
  • Replace worn or damaged components using precision tools and gauges.
  • Ensure parts meet exact tolerances and quality standards throughout the repair process.

What We’re Looking For

Nice to Have

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Manufacturing and repair environment with exposure to tools, equipment, and industrial processes.
  • Regular standing, reaching, lifting, and handling of parts and tooling throughout the shift.
  • Frequent use of precision tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.
  • Ability to perform detailed repair work while maintaining close attention to quality.
  • Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
