Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Engine Detail Inspector for CFM56 engines. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections to determine serviceability and adherence to approved data and customer requirements.

This role supports production through cross-training and safety compliance, with the 3:00pm–1:30am shift (Mon–Thu) and opportunities to develop additional skills within aviation maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work day/evening/weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of engines, accessories and related components to verify conformance to approved data and customer requirements.
• Document modification status/configuration and generate applicable repair documentation.
• Ensure products are clean and in acceptable condition for inspection.
• Cross-train in other skills to support production requirements.
• Move between production assignments and participate in continuous improvement of cell processes.
