The role offers a 4-month assignment with full-time consultant scheduling, focusing on safety-critical avionics software development, testing, and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience in avionics or safety-critical domains.
• Experience with DO-178C DAL A or DAL B verification is required.
• Experience with low-level software integration and verification, including unit testing.
• Proficiency in embedded C++ development for aviation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements-based test cases and procedures for safety-critical avionics software.
• Execute software verification activities in accordance with DO-178C standards.
• Perform low-level software integration and verification, including unit testing.
• Analyze test results and support root cause investigations.
• Coordinate with onsite and global engineering teams for cross-site projects.
• Ensure verification documentation meets quality and certification requirements.
