Job summary

Parsons in the United States seeks an Electronics Technician III to support FAA T5 contract activities nationwide. You will install, troubleshoot, test, and maintain electronic systems for NAS infrastructure, reading schematics, and collaborating with engineers and technicians to meet project goals.

You’ll travel up to 100% within the USA, perform field installations, document actions, and follow FAA/Parsons safety and QA procedures while contributing to a dynamic federal solutions team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Basic Microsoft suite and Internet, and E-mail.
• Must be able to meet customer security requirements. A background check by federal authorities will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, relocation, and removal of electronic systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems to the unit, board, or module level as assigned.
• Read and work from schematics, wiring diagrams, and interconnect drawings.
• Assist in field installations and site work under TSSC‑5.
• Use and care for test and measurement equipment.
• Document work activities in accordance with contract and FAA requirements.
• Follow safety, security, and quality practices.
