Job summary

Axius Group in Wichita, KS, is hiring an Electrical Systems Integration Engineer for a hybrid role (remote and onsite) to support multiple locations in the United States.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in aircraft electrical integration, power generation/distribution, and architecture development; must interface with airworthiness teams and suppliers; knowledge of RTCA/DO-160, SAE, MIL-STD is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems integration or related field.
• Experience with aircraft electrical power generation and distribution systems.
• Experience with aircraft electrical system architecture development and integration.
• Experience preparing and reviewing engineering documentation.
• Experience supporting aircraft production and in-service modifications.
• Experience conducting technical evaluations, trade studies, and technology integration activities.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
• Knowledge of RTCA/DO-160, SAE, MIL-STD standards.
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and guidance materials (TCCA, FAA, EASA).
• Ability to work with Airworthiness, Manufacturing, and Cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• French language skills preferred.
• Interest in new technology development and system optimization.
