Job summary

Dynamo Technologies seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer Team Member to support USCG Aviation EWIS. You will analyze aircraft wiring, review drawings, develop installations and modifications, and investigate failures to improve reliability and safety.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in aviation electrical engineering, and US citizenship with

Qualifications

Be skilled in the use of standard and specialized electrical and electronic tools and equipment as they pertain to aviation wiring.
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of MIL STD 461/464 and NA VAR 01 1A 505/SAE AS50881 standards.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical engineering design and analysis of Government aircraft wiring and harnesses.
Review engineering drawings and data for compliance with USCG and government standards.
Provide wiring harness design installation modification corrosion prevention QA maintenance and testing support.
Investigate failures and institute corrective design changes and maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with program managers and test teams to research and implement EWIS improvements.
