Job summary

Node.Digital LLC seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer in Elizabeth City, NC to support USCG EWIS programs, analyze wiring, and ensure compliance with MIL-STD-704/461 and related standards. Requires a bachelor's in electrical engineering (ABET) and 10+ years of aviation electrical experience, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with ABET accreditation.
• Minimum ten years of aviation electrical engineering experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to acquire a Secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Support USCG EWIS program to increase aircraft reliability and safety of flight.
• Perform electrical engineering design and analysis of Government aircraft wiring.
• Review engineering drawings and data for compliance with USCG and other agencies.
• Provide electrical engineering support of wiring harness design, installation, modification, QA and testing.
• Compute aircraft electrical load analysis for system modifications and new equipment.
• Investigate wiring failures and institute corrective design changes and maintenance procedures.
• Travel as required within CONUS for tasking.
