Job summary
Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking an Electronic Technician to support safe, reliable plant operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems. You will work with automated equipment, industrial controls, robotics, servo systems, and process equipment to maximize uptime.
You will diagnose equipment failures, support PLC-based systems, and ensure safety and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with technical training in electrical/electronics.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial controls.
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems.
- Support PLC-based systems and perform I/O diagnostics.
- Install, modify, and validate electrical wiring and control components.
- Maintain maintenance records using SAP/CMMS and provide training as needed.
- Work with engineering and operations to improve reliability and uptime.
