Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight is seeking an experienced Ejection Seat Technician in New Orleans, LA. The role includes maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting egress systems and components, particularly for aircraft ejection systems. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of aviation maintenance experience, specifically with ejection seats and a valid passport for international travel. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years aviation maintenance experience in egress, survival equipment, and/or related aircraft systems.
• Experience installing/removing F-18 ejection seats.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform maintenance tasks in confined spaces or elevated positions.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft seats and canopy ejection systems and associated components.
• Remove and install Oxygen system valves, gauges, converters and regulators.
• Perform daily, pre and post flight and periodic aircraft inspections.
• Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
