dnata Catering in Everett, MA is seeking a detail‑oriented Dispatcher to support flight catering logistics. You will assist the Transportation Manager, coordinate communication across departments, and ensure accurate processing of customer information and last‑minute requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years in transportation dispatching and customer service.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Transportation Manager as needed.
• Handle dispatch communications via phone, fax, and email in a timely manner.
• Distribute daily flight catering status updates to relevant departments based on the schedule.
• Process customer information during shifts and update departments accordingly.
• Print labels and boarding bills for departures and upcoming shifts.
• Ensure production information is ready for dispatch hand‑off across departments (HOT/COLD FOOD, BEV, etc.).
• Communicate last‑minute requests to all relevant teams.
• Maintain daily shift reports and report anomalies to management.
• Record working hours and coordinate timekeeping with HR and Transportation Manager.
