Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a consistently hard working Aviation Supervisor based at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport (OPF). The role requires leadership to ensure safety, quality and operational efficiency within the aircraft detailing team, with close collaboration with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in aviation ops or detailing.
• Solid understanding of aircraft detailing procedures, safety standards, and QC processes.
• Experience with safety compliance, incident reporting, and safety documentation.
• Strong leadership including scheduling and personnel oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior detailing of private aircraft.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce Safety Policy 700 across the team.
• Build and manage work schedules; coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Lead training sessions and develop training materials for the team.
• Ensure Go-Bag, carts, and van stock meet operational needs.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance and airport compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and management.
• Serve as backup for Operations Manager and support process improvements.
• Track labor metrics and report on budget alignment.
