Job summary

GRUPO EULEN USA seeks a Contract Pricing Analyst in Miami to develop pricing strategies for aviation ground handling, respond to RFPs, and build comprehensive cost models for facility services. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.

The analyst will analyze labor, equipment, materials, and overhead to support margins and target outcomes, while refining templates and best practices for efficient proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is required.
• Experience in pricing, financial analysis, proposals, or contract support.
• Experience supporting labor cost models or similar pricing models.
• Exposure to service-based industries in Aviation or airline sector.
• Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pricing for RFPs and bid proposals in aviation ground handling.
• Partner with operations to validate staffing plans and service delivery assumptions.
• Ensure pricing aligns with targets, margins, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost models including labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Analyze inputs to ensure pricing accuracy and margin alignment.
• Review tender/RFP docs to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining standardized pricing templates and cost libraries.
• Track proposal outcomes and pricing performance for strategy development.
