Samet Corp in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager with aviation project experience to join our growing team. You will coordinate project design, permitting, construction, and vendor relations, while focusing on safety, quality, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family or healthcare construction projects.
• 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or comparable relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, management, computer skills and attention to detail.
• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and directing project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout.
• Financial, quality and safety performance of assigned projects.
• Training and mentoring junior project team staff.
