Job summary

Samet Corporation in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our design, permitting and construction efforts with a focus on automotive manufacturing projects. You will supervise project execution from negotiation through closeout, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of relevant experience, a 4-year degree in engineering/construction management/business, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience managing automotive manufacturing projects.
• Successful track record delivering projects in the $25–$75 million range.
• A 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or similar.
• Strong leadership, management and attention to detail; proficient computer skills.
• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial, quality and safety performance on assigned projects.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10-15 years' experience managing automotive manufacturing projects
• Demonstrated success at running $25-$75 million projects
• A 4 year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or comparable relevant experience
• Strong leadership, management, computer skills and attention to detail
• LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred
