Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree with 8 years relevant experience.
• In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities, establish priorities, and staff to jobs.
• Prepare Summary Inspection Report of Daily activities and monitor progress against the schedule.
• Review submittals for conformance to plans and specifications.
• Lead the development and execution of the project management plan and oversee project controls.
