Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in septum core replacement, lay-up, and taper sanding techniques.
• Five+ years of hands-on experience in composite repair preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate technical skills via practical assessment during training.

Responsibilities

• Keep all personal certifications current and valid.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of fabricated or procured components for quality.
• Identify and formally record non-conforming conditions for MRB evaluations.
• Support operational excellence by performing process surveillance to ensure standards.
• Prepare and update quality records to ensure accurate documentation.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing, fabrication, and rework per engineering configurations.
